I order JJ's from this location for delivery through their online ordering system on an almost weekly basis. I love their food, I always have, but the service between locations often differs. This is far and away the best JJ's I have ever ordered from. I always have complicated orders (some stuff comes off, some stuff extra, etc etc) but they ALWAYS get it right. Every time. And delivery is always quick. My building isn't exactly next door to their location but last time they managed to deliver my two sandwich, chips, and a drink order in LESS THAN TEN MINUTES.
Delivery just doesn't get better than that. -

Man oh man, what a difference from the two dozen other Jimmy Johns I've grabbed sandwiches at. At every other one, the sandwiches are provided quickly, pleasantly and courteously. But not in Carbondale. As I entered, a delivery guy carrying a couple of sandwiches - rejected, probably - rushed ahead. No one behind the counter greeted me, per the usual approach, but that may be because the delivery guy was loudly complaining about someone. There were at least three more employees than usual behind the counter - maybe five. They silently listened to the griper as I paid for my sandwiches. Although I was the only customer, no one moved to fill my order. The delivery guy proclaimed, "He can't hold our money!" and then turned to me, saying, "This doesn't concern you!" I headed to the restroom for a couple of minutes, returning to find the people who were supposed to make my sandwiches still listening to the complainer. Initially I was extremely unhappy about the experience, but eventually saw the bright side: Because they'd waited, I could see no one spit into my sandwiches.

I have been ordering from this Jimmy Johns for 15 years.....with that said tonight I placed an order at 11:45 online...got a confirmation. At 1am I was concerned and called and got a gentleman who was not very nice and told me someone had a flat tire and he would see what was going on...1:35 rolls around I call 3 times and it hangs up...then on the fourth try someone answered and said my order was on the way. Granted it has been 2 hours I ask it will be compensated. He says there is no manager available and he can't help. It's now 2:00 an no food, no call, no explanation. Really disappointing guys.

What can I say, Jimmy Johns is my tried and true. Whenever I find myself drunk and wandering alone on campus, I know where I can turn. Service was fantastic (thank you for not making fun of me when I tripped). I also was able to capture these sick pics last night and no I am not a professional. I'm just really, really good at editing. Thanks!

Those sandwiches were so delicious I about ran halfway across the country to tell my great grandfather that my father still likes me! This restaurant has great service thank you!
